We all need a little inspiration now and again, right? – Anything great we’ve ever achieved in our lives, there was one crucial prerequisite – inspiration.

read happier.co.uk be inspired

Inspiration puts fire in your heart, generates waves of energy that propel you to take massive action and help you cross that finish line (whatever that finish line may be – publishing that awesome blog post, completing that 10k Marathon, or running your very own kickstarter campaign)…

So receiving positive bursts of inspirational information on how to live a happier life that is actionable, backed with the latest research, and generates ideas to synthesize and experiment with-in your own life can only be a win, right?

Right….

“When inspiration does not come to me, I go halfway to meet it.” ~ Sigmund Freud [Tweet This]

In her groundbreaking research, Sonja Lyubomirsky found that our level of happiness depends – 50% on our genetics, 10% on circumstances and 40% on our intentional activities. It’s the 40 percent within our control – we are are honing in on here.

Being inspired and happier is both a choice and a lifelong endeavor.

if it bleeds it leadsOne of Dr. Lyubomirsky’s “Happiness Activities” is ‘Be Optimistic’ – now consuming news has proven to be bad for your mental well being and being optimistic in the face of a constant barrage of negativity is difficult to achieve…

I don’t know about you, but I’d rather read blogs that share information that uplifts, educates and informs me on how to lead a happier life, rather than follow the news (if it bleeds it leads). With that – here are 21 Blogs I recommend that can help you live a more inspired and happier life.
