Free Cookie from Subway when you complete a 1 minute survey

All you need to do is complete the survey about the quality of service and food, literally took about 30 seconds. You get an email with a QR code, you can print it off or take a picture with a decent camera phone (so you’re not having to pay to print it off), take it to the Subway and scan it. Apparently you need the service receipt but apparently they don’t need it to give you your free cookie.
